Eligibility Criteria

• Must have graduated from BKM Tamil School.
• Submit ACT/SAT scores.
• Demonstrated volunteer hours specifically for BKM Tamil School (minimum 20 hours required).

Selection Criteria

• Academic Performance: Evaluated based on submitted ACT/SAT scores.
• Volunteer Contributions: Minimum 20 hours of documented volunteer work at BKM Tamil School.
• Leadership & Community Impact (Optional): Consideration of leadership roles in BKM Tamil school or community activities.
• Personal Essay (Optional): Applicants may submit an essay (500-750 words) on one of the following topics:
• The impact of Tamil heritage on their life and education.
• The role of community service in shaping their leadership skills.
• Teacher Recommendations (Optional): A letter of recommendation from a teacher or community leader.

Application Requirements

• A completed application form, submitted by the specified deadline.
• Official ACT/SAT score reports.
• Proof of volunteer hours or a reference letter from the BKM Tamil school.
• Optional documents: Personal essay and recommendation letter.

Award Distribution
